i’m not american, so i have a question.. what is “tomatillo salsa” ? what is it made of? i never heard of that :/
Very nice… as a native Southern Californian, it’s nice to see tomatillos used with chicken. It’s a natural match. I would quibble however with the use of queso fresco. QF is absolutely best cold. I think I would slice the QF in slices and leave on the side. Crumbling it on the chicken isn’t optimal. But great recipe! Cheers.
