this stuff was spectacular eaten in slices with a South African pinotage, and I’ve been thoroughly enjoying what was leftover grated finely over pasta and omelets for several weeks. really amazing on a bowtie pasta dish I made with chicken, broccoli and sun dried tomatoes.
