On my wife’s 29th Birthday, I set upon a surprise birthday party, I also prepared several Authentic Russian Dishes, since my wife is from Russia, and I thought it would be a great Idea. The Party was Great and all of our friends and family loved the food, especially the Russian Liver Pate’ with Herbs and Garlic that was made, after the party there were no Leftovers, which is in my family a first.
In the Recipe you’ll see where I mention the Caviar as a Garnish, meaning it is served on the same plate, but on the side, this is where I strongly suggest you do not skimp, Russian Caviar is by far the best, but it is hard to find, I found mine on www.russiantable.com, where the also sell excellent candy and confections, the site is initially in Russian, but there is a link to the site translated to English.
This should be prepared 1 day before you plan to use, but if you plan party or event for evening, get this done early in the day.
