I call this a variation on Chicken Marsala, as, traditionally, the dish is made with mushrooms. Well, I hate mushrooms, so none for me, thank you. I've replaced them with the basil and rosemary, and think it adds a wonderful flavor. Mushrooms would pair well with the earthy herbs, so feel free to work them in as you see fit.
This is a medium effort, medium time dish. < less

When you want a comforting side dish that is not high in carbohydrates, try this mash of cauliflower and parsnips simmered in milk. As you will see when you read through the recipe, you won't use all the milk, but don't throw it out - stir it into any leftover puree to make a quick cream of vegetable soup for lunch the next day. < less
