CURRY CHICKEN - SUSANNA SANG

Ingredients

1 pound chicken legs cut in pieces

1 pound chicken breast cut in pieces

1 carrot diced

1 potato diced

1 medium onion diced

1 cup water

2 tablespoons curry powder

2 tablespoons canola oil


Directions

Heat a large wok or deep saute pan till very hot

Add oil, chicken wings and curry powder and saute for 5 minutes

Then add carrots and saute another 5 minutes

Add potato, onion and chicken breast then the water

Bring to a boil, cover and turn down heat

Let cook for 30 minutes

Serve over steamed white rice
