German Salald Dressing

I like to toss potatoes in this dressing
Takes 15 minutes, start to finish. "Makes about 3 cups"

Ingredients

1 pint milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon butter
½ teaspoon celery salt
Salt—Pepper
1 well-beaten egg
3 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons white vinegar

Directions

Bring milk to a boil in double boiler. 

Mix flour to a smooth paste with 2 tablespoons cold water and add to milk, blending well. 

Add sugar, butter, celery salt, salt and pepper as desired, and egg. 

Cool. 

Add mustard and vinegar. 

Beat thoroughly.
