Creamed Potatoes
I use canned potatoes - shhhhh
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 ½ tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups sliced cold boiled potatoes
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Directions
Heat milk.
Stir in flour and butter.
Heat and stir until smooth and thick.
Add potatoes and parsley.
Heat, shaking occasionally, until potatoes are heated through.
IF desired, this can be turned into a
greased baking dish, sprinkled with bread crumbs and grated cheese, and
baked in moderate oven (350°F.) 20 to 25 minutes.
