CHICKEN QUESADILLAS - MIKEY GALVAN
CHEF OWNER OF MIS PADRES SALSA GRILLS UP A PERFECT COMBO
Ingredients
1 chicken breast chopped
1 large flour tortilla
1 cup monterey jack cheese
2 tablespoons onion diced small
1 tablespoon cilantro
2 tablespoons of Mis Padres Salsa of your choice
2 tablespoons of soybean oil
Directions
Get a large cast iron skillet hot and add the oil
Cook chicken breast in the skillet until brown and crispy, remove from pan and set aside
Wipe pan out and add remaining oil
Lay tortilla in pan and top with cheese, onion, cilantro and salsa
Fold in half and cook on each side for about 2 minutes
