JON'S DIRTY MAPLE SAUSAGE GRAVY - JON & VINNY

VINNY NOW MAKES THIS DISH EVERY SUNDAY MORNING FOR HIS LOVED ONE

Ingredients

4 tablespoons flour

1 shot glass of maple syrup

1 teaspoon hot sauce

1/2 quart of heavy cream

1 package Jimmy Dean sausage

Pre-made or homemade biscuits

Directions

Heat a medium saucepan over high heat

Add the whole package of sausage and brown

Once sausage is rendered add flour and toast for 4 minutes

Turn heat down to medium, add cream, syrup, hot sauce and let reduce for 4 minutes

Check the seasoning of the gravy, add salt and pepper if needed

Toast biscuits

Pour the gravy over biscuits and chow
