Ingredients
1/2 Cup Organic Vegetable Oil
3/4 Cup Organic White Sugar
2 Organic Eggs
1 Cup Organic Milk
1/2 Tsp. Sea Salt
I Tbsp. Baking Powder
3 Cups Quick Cook Organic Oats
1/2 Cup Organic Raisins
2 Tbsp. Organic Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Organic Ground Cinnamon
Directions
To begin, beat together the oil and sugar. Mix in the eggs, milk, salt, baking powder and oatmeal. Beat mixture on low spead until well combined. Stir in raisins. Pour into a lighty greased pie pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Refrigerate over night.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degress F (175 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven, until firm (about 35 minutes). Serve Hot. Great with butter and milk.
