SANTA FE RAVIOLI
JESUS PERALTA COOKS UP A CREAMY SOUTHWEST RAVIOLI
Ingredients
12-13 small square chicken ravioli (keep frozen)
6 oz garlic cream sauce
4 oz fresh pico de gallo salsa
1 "pinch" salt
1 "pinch" pepper
Directions
1) Have large pot of water come to a full boil
2) Sautee pan must be hot
3) Place frozen ravioli in boiling water until they float to the top.
4) Heat garlic cream sauce in Sautee pan add 1 "pinch" salt
1 "pinch" pepper
5) Test raviolis a fork or tenderness.
6) Drain ravioli
7) Add to garlic cream sauce and toss
8) Arrange Ravioli on large plate and top with fresh pico de gallo salsa
*Hint, we make our own sauces and salsa but you can find these items
prepared in the specialty refrigerator section at your market. Keep
Ravioli frozen until time to use so the keep their shape.
