BROCCOLINI PEPPERONCINI - M CAFE
SHIGEFUMI TACHIBE SERVES UP A HEALTHY MACROBIOTIC DISH
Ingredients
1 Bunch Broccollini
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 tbsp Garlic
2 tsp Crushed red pepper
Directions
Trim the broccolini by peeling the skin off the stalks. Next, blanch the broccolini in boiling water for 3 minutes. In the mean time, heat the extra virgin olive oil in a sauce pan with the garlic and crushed red pepper. Heat for a few minutes making sure not to burn the garlic.
Remove the broccolini from the water and place it into the pan of pepperoncini sauce. Mix together then take off the heat and let sit until it has cooled. Serve chilled.
