CHRIS WILSON USES THANKSGIVING LEFTOVERS TO MAKE A KITCHEN SINK BURGER SERVED EITHER AS A SANDWICH OR OPEN FACE.
Ingredients
Eyeballed Amounts:
Turkey breast, ground
Breadcrumbs
Mashed potatoes
Yams
Egg yolk
Dijon mustard
Rice
Mozzarella
Green bean casserole
Crispy onions
Stuffing

Directions
Break down the turkey breast in Cuisinart, get to a fine chop
Dump turkey in a bowl, add egg then add some (use what you like, no measurements here) stuffing, mashed potato, touch of yam, crispy onions, a bit of rice, green bean casserole, mustard, and mozzarella until you get a doughy, pasty consistency -- if too thin add a bit of breadcrumbs
Shape into patties
Can coat with breadcrumbs before placing in pan for a little crunch
Bit of olive oil in pan, brown patties on each side a few minutes
Serve on bun or open faced with gravy and cranberry sauce, or ketchup, can melt cheese etc
