Margarita Chicken
Great on the BBQ or on the Foreman Grill, perfect with brown mexican rice...
Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless breasts
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup gold tequila
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp cointreau or triple sec
2 minced garlic cloves
ground pepper
Directions
Wisk together the lime juice, tequila, olive oil, triple sec, garlic and pepper. Dip and marinate chicken breasts into the mixture.
Marinate for 2 hours.
Place on grill until cooked throughout.
