ATOMIC PASTA - FRITTO MISTO

Ingredients

5/12 oz Fresh Chili Linguini
(2) 5 oz chicken breasts (blackened)
3 oz tri colored bell peppers
3 oz red onions
6 oz garlic cream sauce
1 tsp. chipotle chili paste
1 (pinch)"fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions

1)  Have large pot of water come to a full boil
2)  Sautee pan must be hot
3)  Grill seasoned 2 chicken breasts separately Turn over twice
4)  Sauté tri colored bell peppers and red onions in olive oil until tender
5)  Add garlic cream and chipotle chili paste to sauté pan
6)  Toss
7)  Put pasta in boiling water for 2-3 minutes (dry pasta take longer to cook)
8)  Drain pasta
9)  Add pasta to sauté pan with other ingredients and toss
10) Place pasta and sauce on large plate or pasta bowl
11) Slice blacked chicken breast and place on top of pasta
12) Garnish with fresh cilantro
