MOJITO
MIXOLOGIST STEVE CALABRO MAKES ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR DRINKS IN THE USA
Ingredients
6 leaves fresh mint
1 wedge of lime
1 ounce of sugar syrup
ice
1 3/4 ounces rum
3 ounces club soda
Directions
Take 6 leaves fresh mint and put into shaker torn up into small pieces
Squeeze the juice of 1 wedge of lime and add the rest of wedge into shaker
Add 1 ounce of sugar syrup
Muddle(crush together) the mint, lime, and syrup in the shaker
Add ice
Pour 1 3/4 ounces rum
Finish with 3 ounces club soda
Shake gently
Pour into lowball glass
Garnish with wedge of lime
