Ingredients
Tempura Bow
Sweet potato
Red bell pepper
Asparagus
Shiitake Mushrooms
Broccoli
Brown rice
Teriyaki sauce
Batter
Rice Flour
Sparkling Water
Directions
For the batter, add the sparkling water to the rice flour and wisk until thoroughly mixed. Dip vegetables in the batter then deep fry in hot oil (350 degrees). Fry until they are slightly golden. Remove from the frier and absorb excess oil with a paper towel. Serve over brown rice and drizzle with Teriyaki sauce.
