Garlic Snow Peas

As the weather begins to turn to autumn, you'll see a second crop of snow peas springing up at many farmers' markets. Get a bunch, and cook this!
Takes 15 minutes, start to finish. 2-3 people, side dish

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Snow Peas

3 Cloves Garlic, chopped

1 Small Shallot, chopped

Butter

Directions

Place a generous pat of butter in a medium hot pan.  Add garlic and shallots immediately, and allow to soften for about two minutes.  Throw in the snow peas, toss, and cook for three more minutes.  You'll know the peas are done when they turn bright green.  Don't overcook.
