Cool and creamy, this soup makes a great light dinner on a hot summers night
Takes 30 minutes, start to finish.
Serves 6.
1 quart buttermilk
½ pound chopped, boiled shrimps
½ diced cucumber
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
