NOODLE KOOGLE
ABRAHAM AND IRA BAKE UP SOME NOODLE KOODLE
Ingredients
1/2 bag egg noodles 4 eggs 1/2 cup heavy cream 4 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Place a large pot of salted water up to boil Pour the noodles in the boiling water (DO NOT OVER COOK) Strain the noodles and run under cold water In a large bowl whisk together, eggs, heavy cream, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla Create a water bath by putting a smaller pan inside a larger pan. Butter the smaller pan add the noodles, and pour the egg mixture over. Pour hot water into the the larger pan to create a water bath. Place koogle in oven for ten minutes Remove from oven let cool for 5 minutes and turn out onto a large plate or serving platter
