Salad Ingredients

1 Package Baby Spinach
1 Package Walnuts
2 Small cans of mandarin oranges
1 package Shredded Monterey jack cheese

Dressing

1/2 cup white wine
2 teaspoons orange zest
2 Tablespoons orange juice
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons sesame seeds oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Freshly ground black pepper
 

Wisk together white wine, orange zest, orange juice, white wine vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, sesame seed oil, brown sugar and black pepper.

Toss with spinach, cheese, mandarin oranges and walnuts to taste.
