HAM EGG AND CHEESE CROISSANT SANDWICH - JON & VINNY
JON & VINNY COOK UP A QUICK BREAKFAST SANDWICH
Ingredients
1 croissant - halved lengthwise
2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter
2 pieces of pre-sliced ham
3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Toast croissant in pan on stove-top over medium high heat
In another pan over high heat add half the butter and brown the ham
Once the croissant is done toasting, remove from the pan
Add remaining butter and fry 2 eggs sunny side up
When the eggs are almost done cooking sprinkle cheese over top
Assemble everything on the croissant and make the sandwich
