APRICOT BRANDY SAUCE OVER BRIE CHEESE
WHO DOESN'T LOVE FRUIT SPREAD OVER AMAZING CHEESE?
Ingredients
1/2 cup apricot preserve
1/8 cup Brandy (mandarin flavored is the best, but not required)
wedge of Brie cheese
roll of sweet French baguette bread
Directions
Slice roll of French baguette bread into small slices and set aside.
Combine apricot preserves and Brandy in saucepan over medium heat. Let alcohol dissolve and iquid to warm.
Place Brie cheese wedge on plate or platter and poke top of cheese with fork, leaving holes in top of the cheese.
Pour apricot brandy sauce over brie cheese and enjoy! Can also garnish plate with grapes for extra color and flavor.
