EXTREMELY EASY TO MAKE FRESH PASTA DOUGH, A PERFECT WAY TO FINISH OFF LEFT OVER EGGS AND FLOUR
Ingredients
4 eggs**
4 cups of all purpose flour (will probably use less)**
1 teaspoon of salt
**Aproximately 3/4 of a cup of flour to every 1 egg, though may need more or less depending on consistency
Directions
Start by forming the cups of flour into a well(see video for example)
Crack each egg into the well of flour
Add a teaspoon of salt to the eggs

As they continue to blend begin incorporating the flour with the eggs
When the eggs and flour are mixed to a consistency that you can use your hands, begin kneeding the dough with your hands continueing to add flour
The dough is finished after kneeding it until the dough can form a ball and isn't overly sticky
