Egg Soup
I LOVE EGG SOUP
Ingredients
4 cups milk
1 tablespoon flour
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 chopped hard-cooked eggs
Directions
Put milk in double boiler.
When hot, stir in flour, blended to a smooth paste with a little cold milk.
Cook 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Beat eggs until light and stir into milk.
Cook rapidly 2 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with hard-cooked
eggs.
