TIRAMISU - FRITTO MISTO
JESUS PERALTA WHIPS UP A CLASSIC DESSERT
Ingredients
40 Lady finger Italian Cookies
2 cups espresso
1Tbl Cocoa powder
1 Lb Mascarpone Cheese
3 cups Heavy cream
2-3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbl Pure Vanilla
Directions
1) Soak ladyfinger cookies in espresso
2) Combine and whip Mascarpone Cheese, Heavy cream, eggs, granulated
sugar, Pure Vanilla
3) Layer cookies, Mascarpone cream mixture and cocoa, repeat with another layer.
4) This dessert can be made in individual portions or in a cake can
and cut into any size portions you like.
5) Chill for at least one hour before serving. The larger the portion
the longer chill time
6) Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving
