AUNTIE SUE'S FAMOUS SAUSAGE DIP
THE SAUSAGE DIP EVERYONE LOVES AT THE PARTY
Ingredients
1 lb ground sage pork sausage
1 10 oz can of diced tomato/green chiles (drained)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
Shredded cheddar cheese to taste
1 Bag Fritos "scoop" corn chips
Directions
Cook sausage in skillet until browned. Drain if necessary.
Cut cream cheese into pieces and add to cooked sausage.
Add tomato/green chiles.
Mix well.
Spoon into lightly greased backing dish.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350-degrees for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with Fritos "scoop" corn chips.
