HEALTHY EATING: DAIRY FREE PESTO CHICKEN

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
½ cup rice parmesan
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic pressed

Directions

Place dried ingredients in a bowl and mix them

Add olive oil to create a paste

Add garlic

Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a Pyrex baking pan

Place chicken in the pan

Spread pesto mixture on chicken

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
