DAIRY FREE SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP
DR. MEG HAWORTH MAKES AN EXCELLENT AND DELICIOUS DIP
Ingredients
1 bag of organic, frozen cut spinach
1 8oz. jar of marinated Artichokes
½ cup Nayonaise or Veginaise (soy base mayonnaise)
1 can Rice Parmesan
2 Cloves of garlic minced
Directions
Thaw or cook spinach and drain well, squeezing excess water out. Drain artichokes and chop well. Mix both together. Add garlic, nayonaise (or mayonnaise) and parmesan and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips, rice crackers or carrots.
