GINGER HONEYDROP
MIXOLOGIST STEVE CALABRO MAKES AN UNUSUAL FLAVORFUL MARTINI
Ingredients
1 3/4 ounces 42 Below Honey Vodka
1/2 teaspoon Canton ginger cognac
1 1/2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
1/2 ounce sweet and sour
Sugar for rim of glass
Lemon wedge for garnish
Directions
In a shaker with ice pour 1 1/2 ounces honey vodka
Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger cognac
Add 1 1/2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
Add 1/2 ounce sweet and sour
Shake
Rim martini glass with sugar
Strain into martini glass and garnish with lemon wedge
