Ingredients

Chopped Salad:
3 Cups Chopped Vegetables
1 Cup chopped romaine
½ Cup chopped radicchio
¼ Cup julienned snow peas
¼ Cup julienned carrots
½ Cup bias sliced green beans, 1” long
2 Tablespoons sliced asparagus, 1” long
2 Tablespoons chopped wakame
2 Tablespoons shelled edamame
2 Tablespoons julienned red radish
3 Spoons/Scoops Avocado
3 oz Sliced Albacore Tataki (seared Albacore)
Ponzu


Green Goddess Dressing:
1 Cup mayonnaise
½ Cup sour cream
½ Cup buttermilk
½ Cup rough chopped chives
½ Cup rough chopped parsley leaves
2 Tablespoon tarragon vinegar
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon fine chopped tarragon
4 anchovy fillets
Salt/pepper

Directions

Toss Vegetables with Green Goddess Dressing, Salt/Pepper
Place on center of triangular plate
Place 3 slices of Albacore around salad
Drizzle Albacore with Ponzu
