GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE BISCUITS
DR. MEG HAWORTH COOKS UP A TRADITIONAL DELICIOUS BAKED CLASSIC.
Ingredients
1 cup bean flour
1 cup rice flour
2 tbsp xanthan gum
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs beaten
1 cup soy milk
1 cup rice flour

Directions
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and mix well. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl and mix well. Pour flour mixture into wet mixture and stir. The batter will thicken from the xanthan gum. Drop large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
