1 tablespoon unsweetened natural peanut butter
1/2 cup organic soy milk (or organic milk of your choice)
2 tablespoons ground flax seed (like Barlean's)
1/2 bag (about 17 grams protein) low carb Ultramed (or other protein powder)
1/2 banana
Ice
Directions
Combine ice, then other ingredients in a blender
Blend not too much, leave a little lumpy (or to taste)
Pour and enjoy
