Ingredients

1 tablespoon unsweetened natural peanut butter

1/2 cup organic soy milk (or organic milk of your choice)

2 tablespoons ground flax seed (like Barlean's)

1/2 bag (about 17 grams protein) low carb Ultramed (or other protein powder)

1/2 banana

Ice

Directions

Combine ice, then other ingredients in a blender

Blend not too much, leave a little lumpy (or to taste)

Pour and enjoy

What can I replace the banana with?? I'm allergic but love the look of this recipe.

Worked out this morning and came home and made this smoothie. All I can say is AWESOME! It taste great, took me less than 2 minutes to make and filled me up. Keep them coming! I will be on the cover of Men’s Health soon
