Pimento Open Faced Sandwich

Makes a great tea sandwich.
Takes 30 minutes, start to finish. Josh
 

Ingredients

1 tsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup diced jack cheese
6 tbsp. milk
¼ cup chopped pimiento
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. pickle relish


Directions

Combine corn starch and milk.

Add cheese and butter.

Cook over hot water until thick and smooth.

Season to taste.

Cool.

Add pimiento and pickle relish.

Spread on thin, buttered slices of bread

Serve at once.
