TURKEY ROLLUPS
CHRIS WILSON USES HIS LEFTOVER TURKEY AND GRAVY TO MAKE TURKEY ROLLUPS
Ingredients
Tortillas
The following in no particular quantity, just eyeball it and use what you have:
Gravy
Stuffing
Rice
2 eggs
minced ground turkey
mozzarella cheese
The following in no particular quantity, just eyeball it and use what you have:

Rice

minced ground turkey
mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Put some of the mixture into toritillas and place in oven on a cookie sheet for 15 or 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and trim ends off tortillas. Cut each into 3 pieces, serve standing upright.
Serve plain or with salsa, cranberry, salsa, herb butter, you name it.
