Grandma Marilyn's Brisket
Easy to Make. Everyone loves it. My kids wouldn't touch anyone else's.
Ingredients
1 large 1st cut brisket
1 can tomato soup
1 can cranberry sauce
1 package GOODMAN'S onion soup
1 package baby carrots
small potatoes
Directions
Mix the above items together. Put brisket in a pan with sides. Pour mixture over brisket and seal tightly with foil. Place in oven at 350 and DO NOT PREHEAT oven. Add potatoes and carrots after about an hour and make sure to tightly seal the foil again. Cook forever - about 3 hours. Really you can't overcook it. Stick a fork in it and if it comes out easy it's done. Cool for quite a while and then slice thinly against the grain. A lot of markets will slice it for you if you bought it there. Just bring it back cooled.
