CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP - TODD JASMIN
CHEF TODD JASMIN MAKES THE CLASSIC
Ingredients
2 cups of Todd's light chicken stock or store bought chicken stock
1/2 pound cooked egg noodles
1/4 cup onion cut in small rounds
1/4 cup celery cut in small rounds
1/2 an onion cut in small rounds
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Directions
In a medium size pot saute vegetables in oil for about 6 minutes
Add stock and bring to a boil
Once soup is boiling add noodles for 30 seconds and serve
Garnish with parsley
