Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons balsalmic vinegar
salt
pepper
Any of your favorite vegetables, but I suggest:
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 handfuls of mushrooms
1 zucchini
handful of asparagus
Directions
Turn on the grill to preheat (about 350F).
Slice vegetables and place in large bowl. Mix with olive oil and add balsalmic vinegar.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Rip large square of aluminum foil from roll. Place handful of vegetables in middle of foil and wrap them into a pouch. Repeat until all of the vegetables are placed in aluminum foil pouches.
Place the pouches of vegetables on the grill for about 10 minutes. When the veggies are soft and steamed inside pouches, take off the grill and set onto a plate.
Each pouch is a perfectly cooked individual portion of veggies for your summer BBQ!
