TURKEY MEATLOAF
CHEF CHRIS WILSON MAKES HIS TURKEY MEATLOAF
Ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey
1 onion minced
1 carrot minced
2 stalks celery minced
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 heaping tablespoons ketchup, chili sauce, or tomato sauce
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In a saute pan with olive oil over medium/high heat saute the onion, carrot and celery untill translucent, let cool
In a large bowl, mix all other ingredients by hand until well blended, then add the cooked carrot, celery and onion. Form a loaf and place in a baking dish, bake in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top is browned and meat is cooked through
Makes a great sandwich for leftovers
