Egg Bouillon

Strained stewed tomatoes can be substituted for the stock.
Takes 30 minutes, start to finish. Serves 4.
 

Ingredients

2 well-beaten egg yolks
1 ½ cups soup stock
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions

Add yolks, seasoned with nutmeg, to boiling stock. 

Serve hot in cups, garnished with parsley.
