Ingredients

1 large French bread
8 oz Butter
3 cups chopped tomatoes
2/12 oz Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1Tbs Italian seasoning
2 oz Fresh Basil
1 "pinch" salt
1 "pinch" pepper

Directions

1) Slice 1 large French bread
2) Melt and blend Butter, Italian seasoning, salt pepper in a small sauce pan
3) Brush sliced bread with melted butter
4) Chop 3 cups tomatoes
5) Chop 2 oz Fresh Basil
6) Combine Basil, tomatoes, 2/12 oz Balsamic vinaigrette and   1
"pinch" salt and 1 "pinch" pepper for topping
7) Toast sliced bread in a 350-degree oven
8) Top each slice of"crostini"
