Sauteed or Broiled Potatoes

What can I say simple goodness
Takes 15 minutes, start to finish. Serves 6.
 

Ingredients

5 medium-sized potatoes
¼ cup cooking oil
Salt—Pepper

Directions

Wash potatoes but do not peel. 

Cook in boiling salted water until just tender. 

Drain. 

Pare and cut into ¼ inch slices and sauté in hot oil until nicely browned on both sides or broil over moderate heat, turning to brown both sides. 

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve at once.
