Ingredients

Leftover stuffing
Cornmeal mix (half cup cornmeal, half cup flour, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp baking soda)
Dijon mustard
I egg with 1 tbsp olive oil
Ground turkey
Half cup milk

Directions

Mix some ground turkey into your stuffing
Take handful of the mixture and form into a corndog shape and slide onto skewers

----

Add egg and oil to cornmeal mixture, then add milk slowly, mixing as you go, don’t let batter get too thin, mix well and then pour this batter into a tall glass.

---

Dip “dogs” into cornmeal mixture and coat, place into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.
Enjoy with ketchup, mustard, or flavor up some Dijon mustard with a bit of cranberry sauce
