TURKEY STUFFING CORN DOGS
CHRIS WILSON USES THANKSGIVING LEFT OVERS TO MAKE TURKEY STUFFING CORN DOGS.
Ingredients
Leftover stuffing
Cornmeal mix (half cup cornmeal, half cup flour, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp baking soda)
Dijon mustard
I egg with 1 tbsp olive oil
Ground turkey
Half cup milk
Cornmeal mix (half cup cornmeal, half cup flour, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp baking soda)

I egg with 1 tbsp olive oil
Ground turkey
Half cup milk
Directions
Mix some ground turkey into your stuffing
Take handful of the mixture and form into a corndog shape and slide onto skewers

Add egg and oil to cornmeal mixture, then add milk slowly, mixing as you go, don’t let batter get too thin, mix well and then pour this batter into a tall glass.

Dip “dogs†into cornmeal mixture and coat, place into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.
Enjoy with ketchup, mustard, or flavor up some Dijon mustard with a bit of cranberry sauce
