Ingredients

8 oz Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese (6 slices)
6 Slices Roma tomatoes
6 Fresh Basil Leaves
2 oz Balsamic vinaigrette dressing


*Hint, we make our own dressing but you can find bottled dressing in the specialty aisle at your market.

Directions

1) Slice 1 8 oz ball of Mozzarella
2) 2 Slices Roma tomatoes
3) Layer Fresh Basil Leaves, tomatoes and Mozzarella circling the plate
4) Drizzle Balsamic vinaigrette dressing over ingredients
5) Add a small amount of vinaigrette dressing in center of dish
