Tapioca
Serve chilled, this one makes a great healthy dessert.
Ingredients
2 cups grape juice
2 tbsp. tapioca
Juice 1 lemon
Directions
Soak the tapioca overnight.
Cook until transparent, strain, and over this pour cold water to separate the tapioca.
Mix the grape juice and lemon juice.
Chill and pour into glasses.
To each glass add 1 teaspoon of the cooked tapioca.
