THOMAS' MCMUFFIN
JONNY AND VINNY TAKE A SPIN ON THE EGG MCMUFFIN USING THOMAS' BRAND ENGLISH MUFFINS
Ingredients
1 Thomas's English Muffin split in half 3 tablespoons butter 1 slice ham 2 eggs beaten 1 tablespoon heavy cream 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions
Get 3 pans hot over high heat add 1 tablespoon of butter to each pan In the first pan toast the muffin - about 2 minutes per side In the second pan get the ham hot and crispy Whisk together the eggs, cream and salt in the 3rd pan and scramble Remove the muffin and place on a plate, top with the eggs followed by the cheddar cheese and the ham Plae the top on to make a sandwich and eat up
