ROASTED POTATOES
ZAC BROWN OF THE ZAC BROWN BAND COOKS UP SOME EASY TRI-COLOR ROASTED POTATOES.
Ingredients
1 bag each of red skin new potatoes, purple potatoes, and baby yukons, all halved
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Fresh rosemary
Parsley for garnish

Directions
Coat potatoes with olive oil, black pepper, rosemary, and salt. Roll them all around to coat well.
Place potatoes on a sheet pan, place in 500 degree oven for 35 minutes, remove and garnish with parsley,
