Also see Jamie Olivers version that isnt lactate-free because he is using parmesan that is a cheese. His recipe is easier and uses better spices.

Hello there, today i had a lovely breakfast and i wanna share it with you!


Sweet german pancakes

Recipe (for one person)
1Egg
1cups flavour
1,5cups milk
3Tablespoons sugar
a pinch salt
a dash oil (sunflower oil)
Cream the egg, then add the flavour, mix mix mix.  Then add the milk and stir it. If the batter should now be semi-fluid. Add oil, sugar and salt.
Use a teflonpan and a real small dash oil. The pan has to be hot before the pancakebatter... full post
