Eric Hulme is the Executive Chef at Cheebo, a California Italian Bistro in Los Angeles, CA. There he oversees all kitchen operations, develops the menus as well as the extensive Belgian and domestic beer list. His 22 years of experience began in the culinary program at Bucks County Community College, in Bucks County Pennsylvania. He then worked at well-established restaurants in Philadelphia (Downtown Club) and Seattle (Buongusto), before moving to Southern California where he became the Executive Chef at Passport in Hermosa Beach, and then Executive Sous Chef at the Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica. Eric’s charity work includes D.I.F.F.A. in New York and Chicken Soup Brigade in Seattle. < less
